Hi I'm Coelton Hammer

I'm from Meridian, Idaho. I've experienced modern day miracles in my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently studying healthcare administration at BYU-Idaho. I am married to the love of my life and we are enjoying every second of our marriage. I love being outside, and enjoying the scenery Heavenly Father has given to us. I love to play sports and be competitive. I enjoy being out on the lake wakeboarding, being up in the mountains snowboarding, and even being on the court shooting some hoops. I love learning about my Savior through the scriptures and learning more about His gospel through our modern-day church leaders. I served my mission in Puerto Rico and it truly changed my life and prepared me to tackle what life has in store for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that the principles and doctrines that are taught in this church simply work. Not only have I seen these things work in my life, but I have seen these things work in the life of others. What greater witness or testimony can I ask for to know that these things are true than to have them manifested right before my very own eyes? For this reason I am a Mormon. I have had promises made to me, and as long as I fulfilled with my part on that promise, I have received the blessing that was made to me through that promise. We all experience ups and downs in this life. I have had my fair share of downs, but I have always had a strong faith that no matter how dark and down things may get, if you stick it through and stick to your values and the truths you know to be true, you will be blessed for that and everything will turn out OK. For this, I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going out and trying to live everyday to my full potential. I don't want to let a moment pass me by where I have deep regret. I know the Savior gave His best effort in everything that He did. He never let anyone down and He stayed true to Himself. I strive to do the same. In no way am I perfect at this, but I strive to live my life in a way that mirrors the Savior. I want to give my best effort in everything because I know that's what our Father in heaven expects of us, our best.
