Hi I'm Carol

I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hi, I'm Carol and I'm a grandma and I love it! Children are my favorite people and I LOVE spending time with them. I'm a retired child care provider of 21 year and now look forward to the days when the grand kids come to visit. I love family history and especially scrapbooking! I've been walking in the early morning hours with the same friend for 25 plus years and that has kept us both sane and healthy. I enjoy sewing, reading and spending time with family and friends. I'm grateful for the ability to text and skype which keep us in touch with family since they are scattered hither and yon.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon! I have a testimony that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true, that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that we have a prophet today to lead and guide us. I love the association with the other members of the church, the opportunity to be of service to others and the feeling of belonging to a ward family. I was raised in the church and after a period of inactivity and unhappiness in my life, my conversion happened and I have never looked back. The gospel means everything to me and has provided me with the help I need to live a happy life.

How I live my faith

It has been such a joy to interact with people in the gospel all my life, I love going to the temple and feeling of the spirit there. I enjoying planning events for the women of the church and associating with them has taught me so much to help raise my family in this day and age. I especially loved working with the youth of the church and teaching them ways to live a happy and healthy life, going on a pioneer trek and participating in all the fun activities they come up with.
