Hi I'm Dylan

I'm a happy father of two . I'm a pilot, musician & engine assembler who loves the gospel of Jesus Christ and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of two beautiful children(Son 2 years and daughter 3 months old) and married to a wonderful wife. My hobbies include flying the cirrus SR20, guitar, fly fishing, soccer, rugby, golf, tennis, carpentry, scuba diving, surfing and many many more things. I love sports and the outdoors. I also have a big passion for aviation. I love music and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. .. I love life and doing as much as I can in it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church through my parents who were Jewish and Anglican. The missionaries knocked on their door and the 1st time were rejected because my parents were going bowling that night. the next time they had the discussions and the thought of being able to be a family for eternity as well as getting instruction on how to raise a righteous family were things my parents wanted and found in the church(they were considering starting a family and I was born 2 years later). Since that time I have through prayer, scripture study and fasting found that this is the true church. It teaches the gospel as taught by Jesus Christ. I know The Book of Mormon is true through getting a witness from the Holy Ghost. The principles taught in this gospel and in particular from The Book of Mormon and the Bible have taught me how to be happy in this life and how to be a good father to my children. I have been a member for 22 years and I couldn't imagine I could get any more joy and fulfillment out of life then I do by living the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I am the Clerk of a medium sized branch(ward) in Rynfield, South Africa. I look after more the temporal needs of the ward. I also participate in Home Teaching where we go and visit members that have been assigned to us to administer service to them. We also leave them with a spiritual message for the month.
