Hi I'm Ashley

I was originally born in California and later on moved to Utah. I enjoy writing stories for kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play basketball (but I do it just for fun). I like the hot warm summers. During my free time I enjoy writing stories for children. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. I am the youngest out of all of us. I also have a nephew too! I have one dog. I live with my dad, mom, sister and uncle. We enjoy going to church and other activities together.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was born my family already had the habit of going to church on Sundays. No very many of us were youth yet so we didn't have Young Men or Young Women's to go to, but some of us did go to Boy Scouts and Activity Days. I was just a baby but I do know that we would always say family prayer and do family scripture study. As I grew to the age of being 8 I began to learn more about baptism and what a great blessing it is. When my family moved it definitely became harder to go to church as often as we had, simply because we didn't know anyone. But that quickly changed when we had millions of knocks on our doors and plenty of sweets to eat. We go to church quite often and we deeply despise missing a meeting. I have a testimony that the church is the one and only true church. I know that our Redeemer lives and that he died for our sins. I have a testimony of Joseph Smith and of Thomas S. Monson. I know that we can return to heaven if we follow the lords commandments.

How I live my faith

I go to church frequently. I don't have a calling (yet!). I go to seminary daily and participate as much as I can. I always enjoy going to girls camps over the summer, and enjoy doing service projects with the youth. I love reading my scriptures as much as I can.
