Hi I'm Taran

I'm a proud Canadian, an athlete and I was in a band. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Trenton, Ontario. I'm the youngest of 3 kids. My dad is from Germany and my mum is just amazing. I love sports, was in a garage band that played gigs around town, and did the jumps on my high school track team. I'm a Guelph Gryphon. I can speak Spanish. I one day hope to run a marathon, dunk a basketball, play on a big stage, and learn to speak German. I am and forever will be Alberta-bound.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a "Mormon" just makes sense to me. Following the teachings of the church keeps me happier, healthier, and gives me a stronger hope for the future. It's not easy, but it is awesome.

How I live my faith

I've served full-time in the Canada Edmonton Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 2 years, working with the Spanish population of central and northern Alberta. Serving as a missionary I've done a lot of community service, and most importantly helped people strengthen their relationship with God. I try my best to always be a good example to those around me and live a good clean life. I attend church each Sunday and try to always serve others as best as I can.
