Hi I'm Tim

I have lived most of my life in Utah. I am a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and a father. I enjoy riding motor cycles. I love the Mountains. I love my truck. I enjoy working in the yard. I enjoy working with people. I like to help others with their problems and concerns. I feel good when I can help someone else.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Mormon faith and for the most part believed it to be true. There came a time in my life where I needed to know for sure, for myself if what I was believing was the truth. My parents taught me the basics. I attended Sunday School and Seminary. I believed, but did not have the assurance that I wanted. We believe in the Book of Mormon, and that it is scripture. I needed confirmation if this book is true. I read it and prayed about it to receive my own answer. I have always prayed to Heavenly Father as far back as I can remember. I knew He had answered my prayers in the past. I received my answer. I felt the feeling and knew the Book of Mormon was true. Even now when I read the Book of Mormon and ask in prayer for continued confirmation, I receive it. The Holy Ghost bears witness that these things are true. This religion makes sense to me. It rings true. I know that I lived with Heavenly Father prior to coming to this earth. I know that a veil has been placed across our minds so that we cannot remember it. I love Heavenly Father and his Son, Jesus Christ. I also believe the Holy Ghost to be the third member of the Godhead. I feel good when I keep all of Gods commandments.

How I live my faith

I like helping others on projects as well as personal needs. I have taught various classes. I have taught the marriage class involving other married couples to improve their marriages. I have worked with groups in taking care of the church buildings. This is very rewarding. My life long occupation was dealing with people.
