Hi I'm Rich Cook

I`m a snowboarder, a wakeboarder, a lacrosse player, an outdoor enthusiast, an all around happy person and i am a mormon.

About Me

I am a college student who is now serving an LDS mission in the mission Puebla South, Mexico. I love doing anything in the snow! Skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are three of my favorite things. I also love to go boating with my family and wake boarding. I love all sports and enjoy running.I played football and lacrosse in high school. I travelled to the Philippines for two weeks with a humanitarian group. We dug a well and installed a pump for a school that didn't have one and then painted that school and one other. We taught the children of these schools English. Went to Brighton High School and then to the University of Utah. I love music and all things fun.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because i want to be. I was born in the church but this has become a decision of my own and i have personally asked my heavenly father if this is the truth. I have recieved and answer to that prayer and i cannot deny the things i have felt and experienced. I know that by living the gospel and being a rightous member of this church i can live with my family again and return to the presence of god, free and clear of my imperfections and mistakes and that brings a lot of joy into my life.

How I live my faith

Well, as of right now i am serving as a missionary in the mission Mexico Puebla South mission and loving every second of it. There is nothing like bringing someone closer to Christ and whatching them change thier lives for the better. I also love being a part of a family that i know i can be with forever and that has a lot to do with how i live and repent for the mistakes i make to make that possibility a reality.
