Hi I'm Eve Rackleff

I'm a Missionary

About Me

I am attending college, I work at a resort, and I am preparing for my mission. I love traveling, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures. The more I learn about other people, the more I want to know. I strongly believe that we can learn something from everyone we meet.

Why I am a Mormon

I have read the Book of Mormon and prayed to ask God if the teachings within its pages are true--I know they are. I continue to attend church and try my best to follow Christ's teachings, because it brings happiness and fulfillment to my life. I have never seen anyone happier than when they find the truths within the Book of Mormon. Especially when they find out that they can live with their family forever. This is what is most precious to me--my connections with my family will not be broken by death. I know that Christ has prepared a way that we may all live again with our families in happiness and joy.

How I live my faith

I attend a student ward at my university. My bishop just asked me to be a teacher for one of our Sunday school classes. I told him I would. I will teach my first lesson in a couple of weeks and I am nervous. Teaching my friends in my ward will be a good way to prepare to teach others what I believe on my mission. As I prepare for my mission, I am rereading the Book of Mormon, praying to my Heavenly Father, and attending the temple.
