Hi I'm Nate Haslam

I'm from Sandy, UT. I love basketball. I served a mission in Nashville, TN. I'm a student at Utah Valley University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of 4 children, I have 2 brothers and 1 sister. I'm from Sandy, Utah. I love basketball. I recently just returned from serving a full-time mission in Nashville, Tennessee. I am a student at Utah Valley University.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. It gives me a happiness that can't be described. I am a Mormon because I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true and that it is Christ's church on the Earth today. I have come to know this through reading the Book of Mormon, praying, coming to church, and living it's teachings. On my mission I was able to share this truth with others and I cannot deny the feelings I had when I shared the Gospel with the people that I came in contact with. This church has had such a positive impact on my life and I try to do everything I can to share it with others.

How I live my faith

For the past two years I was in Nashville, Tennessee as a missionary and I shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others and did whatever I could to serve the community that I was living in. Now that I'm home, I try to do everything I can to not forget what I've learned on my mission and apply it to everyday life. I try to live my faith through example. I try to be kind to others and serve them in any way I can. I just try to remember the things I've been taught and the things that I've taught others and apply them into my everyday life.
