Hi I'm Kimber Lane

I am a runner, a singer, and a college student. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love art! I love to draw and to paint from real life and I love to be outside. some things I like to do are hiking and running and baking, and decorating, and I love the rain! I am currently attending college at Brigham Young University Idaho. I love my family, especially all my new nieces and nephews i keep getting! I'm fascinated by people and the different cultures that have developed around the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and got baptized when I was eight. I chose to stay in the church because I saw how happy it makes people who put their trust in God. I've read the Book of Mormon and I know that the stories told in it really happened, and I know that Jesus Christ really visited the America's because He loves all of His Father's Children, not just the ones in the Bible. I have a strong testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the same that existed in Christ's day. I know that His gospel is true! It literally means 'good news'! And i know that anyone who wants to enter the waters of baptism and become a member of this church will find that with faith and trust in our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ, they will find happiness that could not come in any other way.

How I live my faith

Up until recently I have served as a leader in my ward's youth group program. I helped plan activities for the youth aged 12-18, more specifically the young women. Now I no longer hold that position, so I just serve wherever I can. I always tried to participate in service projects that the church would hold and I try to really act like a representative of Jesus Christ, as a member of His church. I have just been called to serve as a missionary in the Chile Rancagua Mission, and I could not be happier!
