Hi I'm Laura

I'm a California girl. I'm a future teacher. I'm a missionary. I'm one of six children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student studying to be an Elementary school teacher. My family consists of my parents, five girls and one boy. We love spending time together; camping, playing games and sports, performing. I love chocolate and ice-cream. I'm the life of the party and bring laughter everywhere I go.

Why I am a Mormon

My family is forever because I am a Mormon. I am a Mormon because I know God loves each of his children and a plan for them. Seven years ago, my family adopted a little girl and I got another sister. My parents had five children but they always wanted to have one more but the timing never felt right. It's wasn't until one day my dad came across an adoption letter seeking someone who would want to adopt the three little girls. One of those little girls ended being my sister and the sixth child my parents always wanted. Along with my siblings, I was able to witness my new adopted sister being sealed to my parents for eternity in the temple.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be a Christ-like example for others. My friends know me as "the Mormon girl" who never drinks, swears or dress inappropriately. I live my faith through my small acts of service. I'm the girl who opened the door for you, gave you a smile and a wave or helped you carry in your groceries. I am the most happiest when I am serving others!
