Hi I'm Lincoln

I grew up in a neighborhood that didn't have a lot of members and as my friends and I all reached 18 most of us left.

About Me

I didn't grow up in a neighborhood with a lot of members and of those who I did know many of the guys that I looked up to fell away from the church and I found that when I began to go to Institute I met so many other members that based off my background I couldn't handle all the members it was shocking the amount of students in the church want to continue to go to church even though they are free to do as they will. When I started going to Institute I was very quiet and now with all my new friends its easier to just get along. I wrestled in high school and I loved it Wrestling and church were basically my life. And that has made me all the better.

Why I am a Mormon

At first I was only a member because my family was all members and I thought that it was expected of me and as time wore on I found myself having adversity and the only way to get through it was to pray to God for strength I would break things in wrestling tournament and the only thing that helped me finish them was the knowledge that God puts obstacles in our way not to weaken us but to separate the wheat from the tares and I want to be wheat so I follow those things that the lord tells me to.

How I live my faith

I live faith through remembering that I was sent here for a purpose and anything less than my best would deviate me from my purpose.
