Hi I'm Zach

I'm from Kearns, Utah. I do improv comedy. I sing my heart out. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Zach. I'm probably around 19 years old. I have been going to college for Psychology in order to become a full time counselor in the military. I have a brother and a sister and two parents. My hobbies include playing music, acting, performing improv comedy and learning new things! My favorite author is Jules Verne and my favorite dance is the Tango.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family and was baptized as a member at age 8. I really struggled with a belief in one true gospel for a long time and I ended up thinking that I didn't need any form of church. As I kept at it though, I realized that things went better when I was praying, attending meetings, and reading my scriptures. It all came to a climax in college when I finally knuckled down and read the Book of Mormon and then I prayed with all my heart to know if it was true and sure enough, I was given a witness that it was true and that the gospel is true. That is when I truly converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that if you read the Book of Mormon and ask God the Father in the name of Christ if the Book of Mormon is true, really wanting to know whether or not it is true, you too will receive an answer through the power of Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to keep the commandments of God. I learn about these commandments by reading the scriptures (Holy Bible and Book of Mormon) everyday and praying to God for help and strength. I am currently serving a full time mission and doing my best to help our Brothers and Sisters come closer to Jesus Christ.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Mormonism isn't really something you can decide whether or not it is true. I think that the best thing to do if you want to know if it is true or not is to follow the counsel of James from the Bible and ask God if you lack wisdom. If you do your research, (attend Sunday worship service, read from the Book of Mormon and the Bible, and ponder the way you feel and the thoughts you have, etc) and ask God in the name of Christ if it is true, I know that you will receive an answer through the Holy Spirit.
