Hi I'm Tin Tin

:-) I'm a wife, mother, and divine daughter of a loving Father in Heaven. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the mother of three beautiful children who make me laugh, cry, and occasionally go crazy! Married for 18 years to a wonderful man that still manages to surprise me, I feel extremely blessed in life. My hobbies include reading and photography, and I spend my days volunteering in Cubscouts, with the 8-11 yr.old girls at church, and within my childrens' schools. Our family has served for many years in the military and we have lived in several areas, including three years in Germany.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because of the truths taught within the principles and ordinances of the gospel. As I follow Heavenly Father's commandments I find peace, happiness, and fulfillment. There are still challenges and hardships to life, but I'm a better person because of the Gospel of Christ.

How I live my faith

Being a witness of Christ to me involves being a good example and sharing my beliefs. Volunteer positions and church assignments come and go, but impressions and acts of kindness can remain in someone's mind long after you're gone. It's the people whose lives you touch that matter, and we can all be an influence for good in this world. I testify that Jesus is the Christ, and that his atonement is for everyone. We are truly sons and daughters of a loving God who understands us individually and is aware of our daily lives. He wants us to find happiness in this life, and to return to Him in the eternities.

What do Mormons believe about Jesus Christ? Do Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

Tin Tin
We believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, and that through the Atonement of Christ all mankind can be saved through faith, repentance, and baptism. This is the true and only path to salvation. Jesus came to this earth to fulfill Heavenly Father's plan; he led a perfect life and performed many miracles. In the Garden of Gethsemane he took upon himself the sins of every person who has lived or will live on earth, and by sacrificing his life on the cross Jesus made intercession for all who will accept him. His resurrection three days later made it possible for our spirits and bodies to be eternally united, and his gift is free to everyone. Jesus Christ is our Savior, and his love for us is unconditional. He is "the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6). Show more Show less
