Hi I'm Brendan

I grew up in Southern Utah. I love sports, music, and having a good time. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey! My name is Brendan. I'm from a little town in Southern Utah and i'm currently serving a mission for my church in the state of Washington. I'm really close to my family and enjoy hanging out with each of my 4 siblings. I really enjoy hanging out with my friends, listening to music, watching movies and playing my guitar. I also love playing sports, especially basketball and football. Sports and music are a big part of my life. But most important in my life is my relationship with my Savior and with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and i've felt and seen how much it has blessed me personally in my life and in the lives of my family members. I kind of just went through the motions during high school but i came to a point where i needed to know, from my Heavenly Father, if this church was true. I remember reading the Book of Mormon for the first time, really striving to receive an answer. It was when i put into action every thing that i had learned growing up, that i felt a confirmation from God, that this is the true path he wants me to follow. On my mission i've felt just a small portion of what My Savior went through for me, and i'll never trade that for anything. This church motivates me to follow his example more and more every day.

How I live my faith

Growing up in High School i always felt like it was uncool to live my religion, this was the biggest mistake of my life. I've felt the Savior's atonement in my life and I strive every day to follow him and be his disciple. Following Jesus Christ is the hardest thing to do, but the most rewarding. As i try to follow his example more and more in my life, i feel His spirit empowering and illuminating my capabilities more than i could ever accomplish on my own.
