Hi I'm Brady Maughan

I grew up in Michigan, I love music, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and I was raised in Michigan. I went to BYU-Idaho for one year, and now I am getting ready to serve a mission for the church. I like to play sports and be outside, but I really love to play music. I play guitar and drums a little bit, but I would like to learn how to play more instruments when I come home from my mission and have the time to practice. I am a Psychology major, and I am planning on attending graduate school and then medical school so that I can earn a P.h.D and become a Psychiatrist. I was born a member of the church and I am looking forward to raising my own children in the church when i get married and start a family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the church, and it has blessed my life tremendously. I have enjoyed being a member of the church my entire life and there are many reasons why I strive to be a member for the rest of my life. Being raised in the church, I have been taught many things, like doing the best that I can do and making the right decisions, so I want my children to be raised with the same lessons that I was taught and am still being taught today. I know that this church is true and that Joseph Smith is a prophet. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the prophet on the earth today. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith translated it correctly. I want to live everyday where my testimony will grow.

How I live my faith

I have been a leader in many of the programs for the youth in my ward. I try to attend as many church meetings and activities as I can. I try to participate in as many service projects as I can, like cleaning up the church, parks, or anything thing else the church does. I try to live everyday as the Lord would want me to.
