Hi I'm Nick Reimann

I love to get to know people. I am kind and I like to learn new things. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to swim competitively and play other sports. I am not married and not going to school yet. I am the second oldest in my family and the oldest brother. I love to meet new people and create friendships. Talking to people and learning about them and who they are is something I enjoy. I do not judge people based on the choices they have made. I know that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. I love to help others because it brings me joy. Seeing others happy makes me happy. I am currently serving a mission in the Rancho Cucamonga Mission for the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love to read and study more about the Gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that were already members in the church. For as long as I can remember, I have been going to church with my family. I love this gospel because of the happiness it brings to me. I continue to follow this gospel because I know that my life is better with it in my life. I have come to known that He loves me personally. This is something that is priceless. I cannot describe my love for this gospel. It is so strong that no words are able to describe it. I know that through Him that I can be saved and return to him. I know that what He did for everyone, and personally for me, was a selfless act. To know what He did for me just astonishes me still to this day. I can see his hand in all things. He has helped me overcome some of my hardest trials and because of Him, my faith has grown so much more in him. I have come to known that this gospel is the one and only true gospel. I see myself so much more happier than I could ever be. I love this gospel and I know that He knows me personally and loves me. I am so grateful for everything His gospel has done for me. I haven't had the perfect life. There isn't such a thing. I know my Heavenly Father gives me trials in my life to make me stronger. Through my trials, I have learned to rely on my Heavenly Father. My faith and testimony has grown because of them. I love the relationship that I have with Him. It is one of the best relationships that I have and I know it will never decay but grow even stronger.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I attend church like I have since I can remember. I have been the President of my youth groups when I was 12-14, 14-16, and 16-18. I loved being able to plan fun activities that my friends in my youth group could go do. We always had a blast. I read the Book of Mormon everyday because I love to read it and understand it more. I also learn new things from The Book of Mormon everytime that I read it. I also show my faith in Christ by serving others. To know that I have helped others brings me joy. I just always try to look at the cup half full not half empty. I strive to be positive and try to learn from my trials instead of complaining and saying " Why me?". I have come to realize things go so much better when you have a positive outlook on life. I know that I am not always going to have everything go the way I have planned it to go. I just live everyday like any other day and make the best of it whatever happens.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

Nick Reimann
My life is just like anyone else's life. I learn new things, I go to school, work and have fun with family and friends. I have values and standards. I choose friends that have the same values and standards I have so that they will help me to become stronger. I read my scriptures and try to do things that Christ did. I do the best I can to become like my Savior. I know that I am not perfect and I am going to make mistakes but I know that through this gospel I can be forgiven of my weaknesses and mistakes. Every Sunday I go to church and I love it. I have a great time there learning more about the Gospel. I strive to be the best example I can to everyone I know, both members and non-members. This is what I strive to do as a Mormon. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Nick Reimann
All Mormons are not required to serve a mission. Every worthy young man is strongly encouraged to serve a mission. Young men serve for 2 years. Young women are not required to serve a mission but may do so if they desire. Young women serve 18 months. When you are married, you and your spouse, when most likely retired, serve missions. Senior missionaries can serve anywhere from 18 months to 2 years. This is a voluntary act. No missionary in the church is paid to serve. Show more Show less
