Hi I'm Ian

I'm a bagpiper, traveler, story writer, daydreamer, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I like snowboarding, and writing! It's so fun to create your own worlds with just a pen, some paper, and some imagination! The possibilities are endless! My other hobby is playing the bagpipes. I travel all over the United States competing and performing in all sorts of parades, scottish festivals, and indoor performances as well. If there is one thing that I enjoy more than writing, it's music, and what kind of music is better than the kind that you make yourself?

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS church, but since then, I've gained my own testimony that Joesph Smith was a true prophet of God, and that he did translate the Book of Mormon, and that through him the gospel of Christ has been restored to the earth in our days. When I know something that important, why wouldn't I want to be a part of such a great church??

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving as a full-time missionary for the Church in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia Mission, trying to teach people more about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, and what it can do for both them and their families.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Ian
Well, the only way you can really know anything is true is to ask God, He is the source of all truth, and He is going to know if "Mormonism" is true. I think a lot of people don't seem to realize that God is our LOVING Heavenly Father. He wants us to succeed, and He wants us to make it back with him, so He is going to answer your prayers. So if you really want to know that this is true, you are going to have to study it, put in your own effort, then ask God. If you do that then I can promise you that you will have that witness for yourself by the power of the Holy Ghost. Show more Show less
