Hi I'm Abigail

I grew up in Indiana. I love chemistry, computers, reading, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and I love it! I am a CIT (Computer and Information Technology) major. So basically, I'm a computer geek. I love reading. My favorite kind of books are sappy romance novels or horror novels. So anything Stephen King.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member because of the missionaries, my parents, and personal experiences. The missionaries started to teach my parents when I was really young. Eventually, after prayerfully considering what they should do, my parents decided to be baptized and join the church. Because of my parent's choice, I have been blessed to know of the gospel. I have had many different experiences that have helped me to realize why I am a Mormon. I have been blessed in countless ways for following the commandments. Though it has been hard at times to follow them, I know that in the end I am always happier of the choices that I made. Another reason I am a Mormon is because I have prayed about it. After reading the Book of Mormon, I went to Heavenly Father and asked him if what I read was true and if the church was true as well. The answer I got was a yes. I am proud to be a Mormon. The gospel is a wonderful thing and it can bring happiness to everyone.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the words of Jesus Christ. We have been asked to do many different things like, go to church every Sunday and obey your parents. I try my hardest to do these things. In the church, I do my best to serve those around me. If I see somebody struggling with something-- anything, I do my best to help them. Jesus Christ was the perfect example and serving others was one of the main things that He did while he was on the earth. By serving others, I am following Christ's example.
