Hi I'm Nondu

I am a South African young woman and currently in YSA

About Me

I am a 19 year old young lady who loves to do lady things. I am currently studying Law and hope to be finished soon. I love going out, listening to music and tv presenting.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Latter-day Saint has given me a sense of identity and has helped me to know my self worth. I grew up in the church and programmes such as Primary have helped me to develop a love for our Saviour Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father by getting to know them personally, this was further enhanced by the Young Women programme where I learnt a lot about myself. All of this, coupled with personal scripture study and prayer helped me develop a personal and strong testimony of the gospel of the church as I grew. I continue to nourish this testimony by living the way in which Heavenl Father expects me to and by strriving to be an 'example of virtue in a world that is lacking it'.

How I live my faith

I faithfully participate in institute and church meetings. I reach out to those in need by helping out where I can so I can fulfill the commandments of God to love my neighbours. I strive living according to the standards of the Church so that I may be an example to my fellow beings.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

A morally healthy body increases ones happiness. When you are sexually pure, you become confident and you protect yourself from any emotional damge that may come as a result of immoral behaviour. Show more Show less
