Hi I'm Martin

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay area and Iowa but live in Utah now. I speak English and Spanish. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports, especially football and basketball, and music. I enjoy learning about history and politics. I was going to be a teacher when I grew up but ended up working in customer service and customer relations in an office for the last 16 years instead. I am married with three children and we have a fish.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family, so I have been a member of the LDS Church my entire life. I am a Mormon now because I have seen what living the Gospel of Jesus Christ can do for my family and for others. I served a two year, full time mission for the Church in Venezuela where I met many wonderful people who were not members of the Church but felt the power of the Holy Ghost and changed their lives to become members of the Church and followers of Christ. I have hope for the future and beyond this short lifetime for myself and my family because of my faith in Christ and His Gospel.

How I live my faith

I enjoy serving in my church, working with neighbors and friends on service projects or teaching from time to time. I enjoy reading the scriptures and seeing how they relate to me in different stages of my life.
