Hi I'm Gustavo Sandoval Vega

I love art, rock music, eating tacos and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I was born in Mexico City, moved to the States when I was nine years old. I love art, I mostly love to draw whatever pops up into my mind so most of the time I like to have a pencil and paper. Rock music I would say fuels my drawings, especially Punk rock, I love it so much! I do enjoy eating an occasional taco, but not from Taco Bell, an authentic Mexican taco. I would say I'm a pretty mellow guy, I take my time so I can enjoy more fully whatever is going on around me.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because it makes sense. I can enjoy life to the fullest by living the principles the church teaches, that I can have a personal relationship with my Father in heaven just as I can have a relationship with my own dad. I can talk with Him, tell Him how I feel and receive answers, it's always a two-way conversation. Through the Bible and the Book of Mormon I can find Christ complete gospel and find answers to my own problems and be able to help others as I apply the teachings I find in these great books! I know that we have a living prophet in these days just as in times of old. That through him we can know the will of God and I'm thankful for this. Life is a big blessing!

How I live my faith

Right now I'm a full-time missionary for the church so my job is to teach people about Christ and how they can apply his teachings into everyday things. It's wonderful and a blessing because you can see their desire to change for the better and in return I learn valuable lessons from their experiences and I get to see the love that our Savior has for each one of us. I learn everyday to improve and become a better man, because I know everything I'm learning right now will help me be a better man, so I can guide my family when I finally have one.
