Hi I'm Aaron Jackson

Im from Utah. I love basketball. I speak Spanish. Im a Mormon.

About Me

Im 20 years old and am currently serving a mission in the Texas Dallas mission. I love the game of basketball and have played it my entire life. I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters and 2 wonderful parents that I love more than anything. I love all my best buds out on missions and back at home as well, friends for life. I love to play any kind of sports and try new things all the time. I love being with friends and I also love to get on a skateboard every chance I get.

Why I am a Mormon

Im a Mormon because it brings more joy in my life than anything found on this earth. Im a Mormon because I know what I have felt, heard, and seen is true and that it is from God. I have felt the fruits of the Spirit, the feelings of happiness that can not be described and the feeling that these things are true. Im Mormon because I know the Book of Mormon is true and that families are eternal. I continue on this path on a day to day basis because I have never found a path with more happiness and blessings than this one. Also because I know that Jesus Christ lives and that he loves us. He is the Redeemer of the world. I was born into the church but, I did not gain a realy testimony of these things until I started to prepare to serve a mission. The Gospel helped me as well as the Spirit in all things in my life. Throughout High School I faced many different problems and trials that tested my Faith. As I look back I am extremely grateful for the blessings and the help that i received not only from the Holy Ghost and the Lord but also his appointed leaders and my wonderful family. They all played an important part in getting me back on my feet during these difficult times. I would not be out here doing the Lord's wonderful and amazing work if it were not for these people in my life. I know that the Lord is always there for me and for all of us with open arms. He will use other people, the gift of the Holy Ghost and many other things to help us in our day to day lives, if we let him. I love this Gospel and the love that is felt and put out by the wonderful saints of this Church. I know that God lives and that he loves us, and desires that we receive all the blessings he has for us. Families are eternal and so is this Gospel. It is true and I know that with ever fiber in my heart.

How I live my faith

Well as of right now I am a full time missionary in Texas and I go out every day and talk about the wonderful blessings that come from living the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
