Hi I'm Ronnie

I grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, but now reside in the southeast Michigan. I am a sales rep and I am a mormon.

About Me

I've been happily married to my wife 20 years. I am a dad of 3 beautiful girls. I love to play all kinds of sports. I love being a sales rep. It is a great way to see the ingenuity of the American entrepreneur. I love making new friends and being able to interact with them every day. I love serving in my church and helping others to know God's love.

Why I am a Mormon

It's really simple for me. I am a mormon because I have felt the Spirit of God lead me in this direction. God has confirmed to me that this is the path that I should follow. And that by so doing I will be of most effective in serving His children here on the earth. Jesus told Peter in Matt 16, "flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in Heaven". He also said in John 7:17, "If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God...". I have found that Jesus spoke the truth when he said, " Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden light (Matt 11:28-30). My life has been greatly blessed by striving every day to follow the teachings of Jesus. The LDS church teaches me that I should live a Christ like life every day, not just on Sunday. And it provides me the opportunities to do this. I get the chance to serve others in and out of the church. As a result of taking His yoke upon me, I have been kept from the burdens of the world. Although I am very busy, each day is a productive, fulfilling, and happy day.

How I live my faith

I really believe that the essence of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is found in Matthew chapter 25. We have a responsibility to love and serve God and our fellow man (Luke 10: 25-37). I also am sure that true happiness and fulfillment in life comes through striving every day to accomplish this teaching of the Savior. I have faith in and know that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior & Redeemer of our world.
