Hi I'm Andrea

I'm from Tucson, Arizona. I'm a hairstylist, an adventure seeker, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a little person with a big heart, and I love to smile. I graduated from High School in Arizona with a Cosmetology license already under my belt. Since then, I've moved to Texas, Utah, Washington, and back to Texas again. My next big plan is to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'll be leaving in December and I can't wait!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love my Savior, Jesus Christ and I know this is His church, restored through the prophet Joseph Smith. I've been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints my entire life, but I know for myself that this church, and the doctrine it teaches is true. I know this because I've prayed and asked Heavenly Father and He has confirmed this to me. I also know this because living the gospel and keeping the commandments is the only way I ever feel close to my Father in Heaven. Therefore, it must be true. The doctrines of this church have given purpose, fulfillment, and meaning to my life. Living the teachings of the gospel has blessed me with joy, peace, wisdom, light, and love.

How I live my faith

I live my faith simply by trying to be a friend to everyone. It's my goal each day to help at least one person feel loved and special. I try my best to reach out to others and help lift their burdens or put a smile on their face.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Our bodies are gifts from God, and like any gift we should show our gratitude to the giver by taking care of it, or being respectful of it. Show more Show less

How can I know Mormonism is true?

It's simple, if you have a sincere desire to know if it's true, then you can ask God through prayer. God loves you and He wants to answer your prayers. Read the Book of Mormon, and then ask God if it is true. If you feel peaceful, happy, or good, then that is the Holy Ghost telling you that it is true. Show more Show less
