Hi I'm Anton

I´m from Arizona. I practice target shooting. I´m a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Anton, I´m 20 years old, and I live in an arid desert region of Arizona. My favorite pastimes are playing basketball, golf, and anything that involves firearms. I like to listen to music, hang out with friends, and watch movies. I plan on going to college to be a machinist like my dad.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love having the knowledge of the fact that I am part of Christ´s only true church on the Earth. My testimony of this truth came slowly but surely. As I grew up in the church, I saw the blessings that came to me and others as I followed the counsel of a modern-day prophet, and I also saw the unhappiness that came to those who strayed from the path. As I continue to grow and progress, I hold firmly to the pure doctrine of Christ to keep me and my family under the protecting hand of the Lord.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a missionary for the LDS church in Brazil, where I try to talk to as many people as possible every day about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My service here as a missionary is completely voluntary, but the experiences and knowledge I´m gaining here makes it more than worth it to serve. As a regular member of my church in the United States, I served as an assistant to the leaders in the organization of the Cub Scouts. I helped with organizing various activities the boys would become involved in, such as sports or learning about how to be good citizens and good neighbors.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Joseph Smith, just like other great figures in church history such as John the Baptist and Mary, mother of Jesus, was a great individual who endured much hardship and trial for the church he helped to restore on the Earth. He was a stalwart example of faith that we can all look to, but the only beings we truly worship are God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
