Hi I'm Kai Weser

I was born in Germany, Raised in America and am currently serving a mission in Kyiv Ukraine. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

My name is Kai. I am currently a missionary serving in the Kyiv Ukraine mission, and just love it here. I was raised by an awesome German Father and a Loving American mother. I have 2 brothers and 3 Sisters, and am the 2nd of those 6 kids. I really have a ton of hobbies and sometimes have a hard time deciding which things are my favorites. I really enjoy: Football (soccer), Singing, Cooking, Dancing, Medicine, Swimming, Eating, Having adventures, and just having a good time. I speak 4 languages (English, German, Ukrainian, Russian) and if you include surgic (Russian-Ukrainian mix) that makes 5. I don't think I speak any of them like a master but, I speak them and that is pretty cool I guess. Before my mission I went to University for a semester, and plan on continuing when I get back. Right now my dream is become a cardiac surgeon, but we will see what happens.

Why I am a Mormon

There are a lot of reasons why I am a Mormon. I grew up in a family of very strong members of this church, and because of my parents amazing example I feel like I recieved my testimony of the truth of this gospel a long time ago, when I was just a young lad. I was either 7 or 8 the first time I remember feeling and knowing that my heavenly father really loves me and that he hears and answers your prayers. I don't want to say that after recieving that testimony that growing as a member of this church was was a cake walk. The reason I am a mormon today has more to do with what I did with that small testimony. I have really strived to live the gospel since then, and despite lots of hard times because of the example of others and a desire to grow spiritually I have really grown to have an undeniable testimony in the truthfullness of this church. I knew it was true and it made me incredably happy so I decided to share that joy with others. I was called to serve in Kyiv Ukraine, and have spent the past while increasing that testimony by serving others and helping them know what I know.

How I live my faith

I currently live my faith by serving a mission here in the lovely country of ukraine. That means constantly striving to become more christlike and to serve those around me. We work with a lot of people that have been supressed religiously by the communist government. Serving others and helping them come unto to christ and to know their savior is amazing!
