Hi I'm Paul Hill

I grew up in Utah. I play the piano. I am a world traveller to Israel, Fiji and more. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently attend the University of Utah. I am studying music and pre-med. I know it sounds contradictory, but I love the arts and I love science too. I love to play the piano, I like to country swing dance, sing, play tennis, watch movies, be outside and to travel. I travelled to Israel in years past and served a mission in the Fiji Islands. I work as an accompanist at Tanner Dance, a dance studio for children.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon, but that does not mean that I haven't ever questioned it. There have been times in my life when I doubted if it was real, but I found that when I really studied it out and prayed about the principles and teachings of my savior Jesus Christ that I had to follow him. I have prayed about the Book of Mormon and I believe that it is true and that it teaches about our savior, Jesus Christ. I believe that he has called a prophet today so that we can know which way to go in our turbulent times. There is so much confusion and strife today, but I have found so much peace and joy in being a Mormon, and in following Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

This year at the University of Utah I was the co-chairman for the friendshipping committee in my congregation. I was in charge of helping people to feel welcome and in coordinating other members to organize getting to know you breakfasts. I love doing service, especially when it is something outside. I also really enjoy going to the temple to serve.
