Hi I'm Adam Jensen

I was raised in Michigan. I love the Outdoors almost as much as I love Soccer. And I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and have been called to serve in Bogota, Colombia South. Before my mission I was a student at Brigham Young University and my major was Physics -- with an emphasis on Astronomy. I love to go longboarding, hiking, rock climing, frisbee golfing, and I love playing basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee. I aslo love building and riding Skimboards. And over all of this I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I am a Mormon because I believe in Jesus Christ. I have felt the Holy Ghost multiple times in my life. And it has testified to me about the truth of this Church, Jesus Christ's Church here on the earth. He is the founder and finisher of my faith. What more can I say.

How I live my faith

I serve in two callings at my church building. They are; a five and six year old teacher and ward missionary. First this means that every sunday after the first hour of church I teach a class of 6 five and six year olds. They are the best. Every week I prepare a lesson following a manual that I have been given, and every week they are the ones that end up teaching me! I learn so much from those children and they make the second and third hour of church a thrilling experience without fail. The other calling I have is to be a ward missionary. This means that I go out with the full time missionaries that are in our area and help them teach and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is very thrilling and exciting to be teaching people about the love our savior has for each of them and the joy that everyone can personally feel in their own lives. Both these calling bless my life more than I could have ever hoped for and they truly bring me closer to my savior.
