Hi I'm Michele McIntyre

I grew up in Homedale, ID. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a little farm community. I enjoyed playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. I did not grow up around many LDS people but I had quite a few friends who had the same standards as me. I married my husband in July of 2010 in the Boise Idaho temple. We currently do not have any children but we are trying so hopefully we will be able to start our own little family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the warmth and the comfort that it gives me. I grew up in a family where we went to church every sunday and I received my young womanhood recognition award, I paid my tithing, and then I have gone the other way and did not go to church or do what I knew was right for about 3 years. And during that time I knew that there was something missing but I just didn't really care. It wasn't until one of my good friends invited me to go to the singles ward with her until I realized what was missing. I went through the repentance process and gained such a strong testimony of the Atonement and realized what an amazing gift it is to us. I really don't know where I would be with out the Atonement. Being able to use it, I was able to meet the man of my dreams and get married for time and all eternity in the Lord's house. And knowing that my family will be together forever gives me such hope.

How I live my faith

In the ward that we belong to I am currently the Young Women President. I love working with the youth. They are such an inspiration to me at how willing they are to share the gospel with their friends.
