Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a voluteer Firefighter and work with troubled youth. Now I am serving a mission in Australia. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy the outdoors; specifically mountain biking, rock climbing, camping, hiking, canyoneering, and all kinds of exciting exploring of the beautiful red cliffs of my home. I am now serving a mission to invite others to know Christ like I do, to bring the blessings of the gospel to all those around me. Before my mission I was a volunteer firefighter, I really enjoy helping people and serving my community (and being a firefighter is awesome). I worked with troubled youth at a wilderness therapy program near where I lived. I learned lots of really cool things from the senior staff and the youth I worked with. After my mission I will go to school, find a wonderful wife to spend eternity with, and get a motorcycle.

Why I am a Mormon

Simply, it brings joy to my life. You see the amazing good that is done, and the miracles that change lives for the better, and saves lives. I see the happiness in my life, and my family’s life. Life can be hard, but being a Mormon seems to make it that little bit easier, to make better choices, to quickly pick yourself up when you fall, and to help others up when they fall.

How I live my faith

Right now and for the next two years, I am putting all of my existence towards serving my God and repaying Jesus Christ for everything. I am on a mission in Australia. God has called me, through the Prophet, to serve the people in Australia. I also participate in my community and give back to those who helped me grow up, and made me who I am.
