Hi I'm Nathan Lynn

I grew up in Utah. I like to swim, play sports, and learn. I am a mormon.

About Me

I like to swim, I swam for my high school team. I love soccer, I played center defender for my high school team. I love to learn, but I am forgoing college to go on a mission for now. I am a computer geek, I like to browse the internet but don't like to spend alot of time on video games. I am a life guard at my public pool and a swim coach. I also work for the parks in my home town by cleaning the city. I love to be with my friends and have a good time.

Why I am a Mormon

My perents are the ones who taught me all the gospel principles I now know today. They taught me about Jesus and Joseph Smith and what they did to help us in our church today. When I was very small I didn't believe what my they were teaching me and didn't take it seriously. But one day at family home evening, my mother asked us to have a prayer in our heart and ask with real intent to find out if the church was true. So I did. I was immediately filled with a warm fiery feeling that felt good, I asked what this feeling was and I learned it was the holy ghost telling me it's true. I have since felt that same feeling whenever I go to church, or read my scriptures, or when i'm being christ like and helping others. I know it's true.

How I live my faith

During my youth I spent alot of time with my friends and family helping others. My father has taught me from a young age that you should look for a way to serve others where ever you can. So as a community we would help others all the time whether it was moving in to a new home, or helping others with yard work. I have also helped out by being a home teacher for four years now to my neighbor. Over time I have grown to love them and I really care if something bad happens to them, I see them all the time and stay up to date on all their activities. They are amazing and I have enjoyed teaching them.
