Hi I'm Daniel Thomas

I grew up in Washington D.C. I currently live in Utah. I'm a soldier and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college student, veteran, and big outdoor enthusiast. I love grilling, playing the keyboard, and spending time my room mates.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a convert. Before I was a member, I was lost. I thought things were going good and I was happy, but in reality, deep down inside, I was sad and alone. I was going nowhere fast. I had no faith. Since I became a Mormon I feel loved. That empty void I had is completely gone. I love having a personal relationship with my Heavenly Father and my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Because of him despair can become hope.

How I live my faith

My last calling I was a ward missionary. I had the privilege of going out to investigators homes and answer questions they may have about our faith. It was an amazing feeling. I love talking about the gospel to my friends and even to family who are non-members. We are all missionaries. I pray every night for opportunities to spread the gospel.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

The Lord has promised many times that you and your loved ones will be together, for all eternity in the highest degree of the Celestial Kingdom. Show more Show less

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

Daniel Thomas
Do your research. Mormon.org and LDS.org are great websites to start at. Call the local missionaries and meet with them. You can even attend church services without being a member. Go to them. Talk with the Bishop. Pray about it. Ask your Heavenly Father. Once you come to the conclusion that this is the true church of Jesus Christ you will set a date to get baptized. Where all your previous sins and wrongs are washed away. You start with a clean slate. Your Heavenly Father loves you and wants you to come to him. Remember, it is never to late. Show more Show less
