Hi I'm Shaun Young

I grew up in Utah, Paintball and Dancing is my life, Amen.

About Me

I grew up in Draper, Utah. I am serving a mission in Fort Worth, Texas. While a college student I danced for Utah Valley University's Ballroom Dance Company, performed Hip Hop in various clubs and am majoring in... oh wait I don't know yet... awkward! I love the outdoors, Batman, Off-Roading, the smell of pancakes in the morning and I will be Forever Young!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon Faith but throughout my teenage years I lost nearly all of my faith because I didnt do anything with it. It was easier and "more fun" at the time to lose myself in a worldly lifestyle of parties and recognition. Thankfully one day in his mercy God placed an angel in my life who helped me recognize deep down where I knew I was supposed to be. For me it was making the decision to leave my sins behind that was the hardest and took the longest, but by pushing myself to live the way I had been taught when I was a child, I overcame them in time and am honestly happier than I have ever been before! Yeah sometimes the temptations to go back are still there but my faith in Christ has given me the strength to say no thanks. I wouldn't give my new life up for anything.

How I live my faith

Because the Gospel Of Jesus Christ has brought so many amazing changes to my life I wanted to share that opportunity with others. So right now I am serving as a Full Time Missionary. Doing this has brought so much Joy into my life and I am so thankful to be a tool in the lords hands for 2 years in bringing others unto Christ. I have been blessed with a strong love for mending broken lives and lifting low hanging hands and I try my best to help others see the good side of life. There are no such things as coincidences in our lives either. I have had way to many of them to not believe in a Heavenly Father who loves me and so I look at all of life's challenges as God giving me opportunities to become better than I was before.
