Hi I'm Nathan Kipping

I am Mormon. I strive each day to live by the teachings of the gospel. I grew up the youngest of six kids in Idaho.

About Me

Well as life can be a struggle we don't always make the best decisions in it. I married a girl at a very young age, choose to start a family rather that prepare for life first. We struggled through for 12 years before she choose to go another way. I tried as hard as i could but with out the gospel things seemed to get worse for me. My wife did not grow up a member of the church and never had any desires to learn of where we came from or where it is we are going. These questions never left me and always burned within my soul and so did a testimony by which would flow from my mouth at times but never seemed to strike within my wife's heart. I work in construction as a garage door installer by trade and I am looking into some schooling to further my education. I have been strongly blessed with 3 great sons who teach me how to be a better person and father. They keep me going and brighten my life. I love sports, music, camping, activities with the family like bike rides, walks, just all things with the family.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in a house divided, my mother loved the gospel and shared her testimony with her 6 kids as much as she could. She always took us to church with her and never gave up striving to live the way the savior had, being the best example to her children as she could. My father was inactive and struggled to gain a true testimony of the gospel. He tried to live the best he could but always seemed to fall just short of his goals in life. I love my father he means a lot to me and always will and I pray each day that he will find the love of the savior and know that he is a child of God. When I say these things I feel in my heart that someday my father will gain a testimony and he will feel true love come through him with such power that can not be spoken in words. I know all of us are children of a loving Heavenly Father who loves us and wants us to be truly happy for all eternity. We all are here to learn of these things and to return to him someday.

How I live my faith

I love going to church and love seeing my children participate and seeing there faces brighten with happiness knowing that they are having fun and making friends is awesome to me. I'm striving to prepare myself for the things which will better my life my kids life and all those who will be sent to me by the Lord. I'm called to serve as a 11year old scout assistant in my ward and also I home teach. I love our savior Jesus Christ and his church and strive everyday that I have to become more like him.
