Hi I'm Noah

I'm from a small town in Utah. I'm serving a mission in Mexico City. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a recent high school graduate and am now serving a mission in the Mexico City. I loved playing soccer for my school and still love to play when I get the chance. I love spending time with my family and friends. I'm a bit of a nerd, playing board games along with card and dice games. When I take some time to be lazy I like to spend it either watching movies or talk shows. I have two older brothers and one younger brother and have one niece.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church but being an actual part of the church was never forced upon me. I was encouraged to participate in every part of the church and I almost always did, not that I was pressured but because I saw how happy it made the rest of the family and the other members of the ward. I say that I was raised in the church but my family's membership hasn't been the usual. My father was raised in the church and his family has been members since the very early years of the church. He served a mission in Manchester England and there met a lovely young lady who he converted to the church and later after completing his service he ended up marrying her. So my parents started their lives together. Being able to see the two sides of my family, one in the church and one out of the church has been interesting and another faith builder in my life. Seeing the happiness and closeness of my church going family members has increased my faith immensely. I'm a Mormon because being a member and following the doctrines of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has made not only made my family happy but me happy. Without the gospel of Jesus Christ I don't know what purpose I would feel in life, that is what this church really gives you, purpose. Without that we feel lost in life, incomplete. I know this church is true and that the teachings of it, and living those teaching will make anyone's life better and happier.

How I live my faith

I've lived my faith in the past by serving in church leadership groups along with the high school seminary council. I have been involved in home teaching since I was fourteen, most of that time was spent working with my father as my teaching companion. These opportunities have helped to build my faith as I have tried to help others. Now I am starting my full time missionary service in Mexico City, not only living my faith but trying to show others the true joy that the gospel can bring.
