Hi I'm Ann

I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Family is the most important thing in my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My life used to revolve completely around my young family. I took care of things at home, and also helped in the classrooms at school and served with the PTA and sports teams and scout programs. But now that my children are getting older, I have more time for other things. I went back to school a couple of years ago and am now in nursing school. My goal is to eventually work as a Certified Nurse Midwife, caring for mothers and babies. I love to go on dates with my husband and to get together with my sisters and their families often and just talk and laugh together.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the way I feel when I'm following the teachings of Jesus Christ. I love the knowledge that I have that God lives and knows me and loves me as His daughter. I want to learn more about Him and grow in my faith. The best way that I know to do that is to read the words of ancient prophets in the scriptures and to read and listen to the words of modern prophets and then pray to know how to use them in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every time I do something that Jesus would do if He were here. I try hard to be positive in my interactions with others and to make them feel loved. I enjoy teaching Sunday School classes for children and youth. I regularly visit a neighbor who is homebound to bring her news about friends or bring my kids to say "hi" or drive her to a doctor's appointment.
