Hi I'm Carson

I am a native of Orem, Utah. I am Cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have been at West Point for two years, and am now heading off to Southern Chile to serve a mission. I am an extremely family oriented person that is deeply rooted in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I enjoy indoor and outdoor rock climbing, ruck marching (thanks to the Army), running, lifting, and just being active in general. I basically enjoy being both a cave-creature at night, and being outdoors during the day. Grabbing life by the horns and having a little fun along the way is definitely a good plan for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I had the fortune to be born into the church. I have continued to follow the Prophet and the teachings of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ because of the purity of selfless service. I know that this is the restored Gospel because of the blessings it has brought to my life when I serve my fellow man. Charity truly is the pure love of Christ, and there is nothing on the Earth that compares to the feelings of joy when in the service of our God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by immersing it in all that I am and all that I do. As an Army Officer in training, I take great pride in the standards of the church and always set the best example that I can for my peers. I believe that the single most important thing one can do is be in the service of our God, Family, and Country. Nothing else matters more than that.
