Hi I'm Richard Rowley

I live in the Shenandoah Valley. I am a real estate investor, a music composer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of five children and have been married 18 years to my beautiful wife. I have a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree from the University of Chicago. My wife and I home educate our children. I enjoy composing piano music and am working on building a real estate portfolio to achieve financial freedom as I near retirement.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since I was baptised at the age of eight. My activity in the Church has consistantly brought greater peace and joy into my life and helped me to lift the lives of others. It has also given me a strong desire to continue to learn of God and seek a greater portion of His light in my life.

How I live my faith

I strive to serve in the pattern of Jesus Christ. Activity in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gives me many opportunities to do so. I currently serve as a leader of a group of men who serve our congregation and others in our area. I teach lessons to this group periodically with emphasis on how we can better serve those around us and strengthen our families. Frequent service projects (including helping others move and yard work) are organized that give me and others in this mens' group opportunites to give of our time.
