Hi I'm Nathaniel

I was wondering how I was going to change the world, then realized the most effective way is through sharing the Gospel.

About Me

I'm a missionary serving among the beautiful people of Taiwan. After my mission I'll return to being a student at Brigham Young University. I love math, investing, computer science, entrepreneurship, folk dance, cross country, meeting new people, and just about everything else! I love music, and have done band, piano, and choir. I'm so grateful for each day that God continues to bless me with to continue learning, rejoicing in Christ, and loving and serving those around me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ because I know that Jesus is the Christ, the long promised Messiah, and I know that our purpose in coming to earth is to follow him, so that we can return to live with our Father in Heaven. I know that Jesus is the Son of God and that He atoned for the sins of the world because of what the Spirit has testified to me, as well as the changes that Christ has wrought in my life.

How I live my faith

As a missionary, I wake up every day and thinking about those I'm teaching and those around me and how can I love them, serve them, and tell them about our Savior, Jesus Christ. I pray when I wake up, before studying, lessons, meetings, and before I go to bed. I exercise in order to prepare myself to better serve the Lord (relieved stress, more energy, stronger, less likely to get sick). Then I prepare myself through studying the scriptures, to learn more about Christ and receive personal revelation. As I read throughout the week I try to apply the things I've learned and be more like Christ.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Read the Book of Mormon and then pray sincerely to Heavenly Father asking if it is true. The Holy Ghost will witness its truthfulness to you if you really desire to know. You can also experiment upon the For the Strength of Youth standards and the commandments. If you feel joy and peace then you can know with a surety that they are of God.
