Hi I'm Neal J. Robison

I am emotional, heartfelt and inspire others when I bear testimony of Christ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an eccentric geek; I love D&D, I like Medieval, Fantasy and Gothic media, literature and games. I hope to write a novel or two someday, and I enjoy the older broadway musicals like "Brigadoon" or "Oklahoma." I am a History buff, and enjoy the martial traditions of Ancient and Medieval cultures, especially Europe. I cherish Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time and other fantasy classics, including Brian Jacques' "Redwall" series.

Why I am a Mormon

I have had too many witnesses that this is Christ's Church to NOT be a Mormon; when the spirit fills me with such joy and confidence that my shoulders tingle with a sensation like sprouting wings, it is foolish to think this cause to be a sham. I know that God is our Loving Father. I KNOW that. I Testify, that Christ loves us, suffered for the sins of each and all of us and laid down His life voluntarily so that He could take upon Himself the guilt both you and I might have suffered forever had he not made such a Sacrifice. I Testify, that He lives! He lives; He who has borne our suffering so that when we are overwhelmed by trials, His empathy, understanding and healing Grace can Heal, Empower, and Uplift us, so that we can do all things the Father requires. I know, that as we have Faith that Christ Lives; that He Cares, and that He can Help; as we have such faith and obey God with Humility, we will find ourselves capable of working so much Righteousness among Men that the very jaws of Hell might Gape after us and we could bid them shut. Anything is possible, when God is One with us, because we are One with Christ. I Testify of these Truths, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I attend my weekly meetings on Sunday and I serve in assignments given to me by the local leaders. I visit the homes of certain families assigned to another man and myself to teach and care for each month; we are expected and willingly oblige to assist and support our Home Teaching families in whatever struggles they may have. I want to serve a full time Mission; a 2 year period of proselyting service as a representative of Christ and His gospel. I pay tithing as a witness to God and as support for the financial needs of the Church worldwide. I keep the commandments as best I can, and strive to obey God and the local Church leaders he has chosen; when my best is not enough, the Lord strengthens me, and I am able to renew my baptismal covenant, or promise, by partaking of the Sacrament on Sunday.
