Hi I'm Dan

I grew up in Logan, Utah. I love to learn about computers. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up with a very active imagination. I played pokemon games with two of my younger brothers. I have four brothers and one sister. My dad manages a migrant head-start where the teach children who will be starting school. My mother passed away last November. That has been one of the hardest things my family has gone through. Knowing that I can see my Mother again gives me great comfort.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. So I knew what it ment to be a mormon. But I guess I never knew what it ment to not be a mormon. And it's amlost gotten me in trouble many times. But then I realized that because I am a mormon, I have the greatest joy and I shouldn't give that up for anything.

How I live my faith

Currently I'm serving on a mission. I'm going to serve in the California San Jose mission. I will be teaching others about the gosple.

What do Mormons believe about “eternal life?”

Dan
Heaven is the place where God lives and the future home of those who do God’s will and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. The hope of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and the purpose of life on this earth is to teach us and prepare us that we, along with our families, might live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ eternally. Those who do these things and are worthy to return to the presence of God and Christ become “heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ” (Romans 8:17) of all that the Father has. They will return to live with Heavenly Father and with their families in His eternal glory. Those who choose not to follow our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will receive a reward according to what they have done in this life, but they will not enjoy the glory of living in the presence of God. I know this to be ture. With the fact that my Mother passed away in November of last year, it's a blessing know that I will see her again. We should all strive to live with God again. Through Faith, Repentance, Baptism, the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end we can do just that. That's what I strive for. Show more Show less
