Hi I'm Donald Liggett

I live in Jeannette Pa. I am a family man with a beautiful wife and 3 loving children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into the LDS church. All of my family have been baptised LDS, all eight of them. Although some are not active in the church today. The values and morals that our parents and church have taught us lives strong. I am a family man with three children. I have not always been active in the church, but have recently returned to try and bring my family closer to each other and closer to Christ. I have not always been a good christian. I have sinned just like everyone else. But the Atonement of Christ has allowed me to be forgiven for my transgressions and with repentence I am able to ask my Heavenly Father for strength to stay on the righteous path. I have been married twice. My first wife and I did not have the gospil in our lives. Because of this, I believe our marriage failed. The second go around, I found someone willing to accept the gospil, and even though we are of different faiths we have been brought closer to each other and to Heavenly Father because of the gospil of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Morman because I love the joy it has brought to my life. Because of the testimony of the Holy Spirit that I felt after reading the Book of Mormon. I am a Mormon because of the friends I have made in the church. Friends that would do anything for a fellow member. Friends that help strenghten my testimony. Most of all I am a Mormon because I know that Jesus Christ is our savior and because of the atonement, we are able to be forgiven for our sins and we can return to live with him and our familys again some day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith daily. Reading scriptures, family prayer, individual prayers always give me strength throughout the day. I volunteer at church functions and travel with the missionaries to investigators houses to share my testimony and how the gospil has blessed and changed my life. Although me and my wife are of different faiths, we both attend each others church's and support each other in our respective faiths.
