Hi I'm Ian Parrish

I have a family with a wonderful Mom and Dad with 3 other siblings. I have been a member all my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to play basketball, lift weights, and swim. I love my family! I love music and I like to play basic guitar and sing. I have many great friends and most of them are also members and they are really great to me. It has always been my goal to serve a mission for two years for the Lord. I will be attending BYU-I after I serve a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was always a member of the Church. While in my younger years, I lived off of my parents testimony. It was great to follow their example; however, I needed to find my own. When I was 12 I started to pray cosistently. A couple years gone by and I went through different experiences and that is what gave me my testimony. I know the Gospel is true, I know Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God, I love my family and I know we can be together forever, I know Missionary work is a very important commandment God wants us to do for those around us. I know Jesus Christ our Savior suffered for our sins and died on the cross for us so we can have a second chance. I am forever grateful for that.

How I live my faith

I have been deacons quoram president and teachers quoram president once. I have also been the 2nd assistant to the Bishop. All these calling taught me more about responsibility. I have taught the weblos for about a month before I graduated high school. That was a really fun calling because I got to help my youngest brother.
