Hi I'm Nick

I've left behind my family and friends and other personal desires to be a Missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a full-time missionary for about 14 months. I enjoy skiing, shooting guns, singing, acting, electricity, camping, hiking, and just about every sport that is covered by ESPN. I have attended college for 2 years studying Theater Education, with the intent to teach high school or college. I also aspire to design theater shows professionally. My mom is an inspiration to me and she really keeps me on task in my life, my studies, and the gospel. I am learning a lot about myself as a missionary. I love to learn and talk to others about what they have learned throughout their lives. It gives more perspective to life and the world.

Why I am a Mormon

This church has led me to the greatest sense of purpose and joy I have ever felt. That sense of purpose comes from knowing that I am a child of God and I am here in order to learn to be like him. Through prayer I feel close to him. Through reading the scriptures I learn of him and his commandments. I also learn about what the promises are that he has given me. In hard times he comforts me. I know that through his spirit I have learned that the Book of Mormon is true. That is the glue of this church and our beliefs. And it is the word of God to us through his prophets. I have received many blessings from these things and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ. I know that the message I share is true, and I want all people to be able to feel the joy of being forgiven of their mistakes and to become better. I have changed my life around through repentance and remembering the importance of my baptism and receiving the Holy Ghost. This service is not about me. I give my will over to the Lord everyday and I am so grateful for the things he has blessed me with.
