Hi I'm Henry Taupau

Talofa!, I am Samoan, Born and and raised and still reside in Aucland, New Zealand, and Im a Mormon

About Me

I am currntly serving a mission In California Arcadia, befor growing up in this gospel and befor I came on a mission, yeah my parents were always members of the church of Jesus christ of Latter day Saints,I had to know for myself as well, it was that day as I read the Book of Mormon with an open heart and mind willing to know if this was true, minutes later while reading I felt a sence of peace in myself which I didnt know how to discribe I knew at that moment that this was the answer for me I read a scripture that stuck out to me and confirmed that that was the answer It said " Did I not speak peace to your mind concerning this matter, what greater witness can ye have than from God" , later on afew months I had that deep desire in my self to use my self in the lords work and to serve and help others come to knowlegde of our savior and his great plan of happiness and share it to others so they can recieve the fulness and everlasting peace they can have, not only in this life but also in the next, I have come to know and believe that families can be together forever. I know that you can too recieve your answer the same as well, as you open your heart and mind with real intent, then to ask God.I know that god lives, he is the same yesterday today and forever.

Why I am a Mormon

Again I went through much prayer, reading the Book of Mormon and the Bible, and also by going to Church I know by doing these 3 things continuously I was able to know day by day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by daily prayer, scripture reading, going to church, and serving others and to Endure by doing those things, Earlier in the years at the age of 19 I had the blessing to serve as a young men 2nd councilor to the Young Mens President we there, we preside over the youth aged from 12- 18 and teach them what they must do to live the gospel as they go through life pretty much, then at the age of 20,21 I had the blessing to be a leader over the Young Single Adult(YSA)Pretty much the same responsibility but over an older group, I looked to that as a blessing to me, that was able to help me to be more fully prepared for my mission ,goes along with the scripture that came to mind from the Book Of Mormon in Mosiah 2:17 " if ye are in the service of your fellow beings, yea are in the service of your God.
