Hi I'm Cody

I was born and raised in Utah. I have never missed a day of school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah and have lived in the same house for nearly my whole life. I have two older brothers and two older sisters. I also have awesome parents. They support me and love me so much! I love my family a lot! As a youth I enjoyed most sports, but I would have to say that paintball and basketball were my favorites. My other hobbies include camping, hiking, biking, gaming, and tinkering with computers. I also love music and movies. Right now I am living in Japan as a volunteer missionary. When I return home I would like to go to college and study Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, but I still haven't made up my mind exactly what I want to do yet.

Why I am a Mormon

There are a lot of reasons why I am a Mormon. First, I was lucky enough to be born into this church. From the time I was a little child the church always felt like a big warm loving family to me. It makes me feel so happy! Through prayer and the blessings that I have seen come from living the teachings of the church I gained a testimony. I also have come to know that the Book of Mormon is a true book and it is another testimony of Jesus Christ. From being apart of this church I feel true peace and comfort, which I think would be very hard to find elsewhere.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a volunteer missionary in Japan. Everyday I go out and with God's help I share this great message that I have to everyone I meet. The opportunity that I have to be here is so unique and special. It is hard work but I stay happy by trying to follow the example of Jesus Christ; by doing this I have felt God's love, and I strive to share what I know to everyone so that they too can follow Him.
