Hi I'm Patricia Mitchell

I love to cook, write stories, and make people laugh. I live on a farm and love working with animals. And I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love spending time with my parents and siblings. One of my biggest favorite things to do is cook for my family. Someday I hope to have my own bakery. I also love to write stories and make people smile and laugh. One of my favorite pass times is going for walks and taking tons of pictures of things in nature. Every time I am able to share one of my talents or hobbies with people, I love to see it make them smile.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. My father was also born into the church, but my mother found the church later on. Growing up, as children, we were all taught the gospel. We went to church every Sunday and were taught by our parents well in how we should live our lives and hold ourselves to high standards. But I couldn't live off of my parents testimony of the church forever. So one day, when I was about 12, I knelt down and I prayed to Heavenly Father and asked him if all I had been taught was true. Suddenly I felt a warm sense of comfort and I knew that this church was true. I have had many times in my life since where the Holy Ghost has testified of the truthfulness of this gospel.

How I live my faith

Right now I am currently serving a mission for our church. This mission lasts eighteen months. It has been a wonderful opportunity for me to continuously grow in the gospel of Jesus Christ as I teach others who are not of our faith about what we believe and how they can strengthen their own faith in Christ. I love being able to serve as a missionary and help others in their times of need, no matter what we all believe.
