Hi I'm Paige

I joined the church when I was 18. I live in Edmonton with my Husband and daughter Harper. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up playing baseball. I love the game! I was the only girl on the boys High school team. I also played on the women's Provincial team for three years. It was hard work but I absolutely loved it. I attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. That is where I met my husband. We were in the same program. It turns out that he loves baseball just as much as I do. My husband is now continuing on in school in a professional program. I am currently taking care of our most recent addition to our family. Our little girl keeps me busy. Being a mother is by far the hardest job I have ever had. I love it though and wouldn't have it any other way.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in Christ. I believe that he lives. I know that God answers prayers as it has happened many times in my life. When I read the Book of Mormon, I know that it is of God. I feel so at peace and so full of love that I know it can only come from our Heavenly Father. I know that the power of the Priesthood is real. When I receive a blessing, I know the words are coming from my Heavenly Father. Only He knows me so well as to know what I need. The Church is centred on Christ. This is why I am a Mormon

How I live my faith

I teach in the Sunday School at Church. The kids I am teaching have been baptized as long as I have! We really enjoy learning about the Gospel together. They teach me more than I teach them. That is a beautiful thing about the Church; one is always learning. If one is open to the Gospel truths, the Spirit can teach you through many means. Whether it be an older gentlemen with years of experience or a young child, there are always simple truths to be found.
