Hi I'm Ciana

I'm half Taiwanese. I love serving others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been raised in the Church with divorced parents. Although at times it can be challenging, my family manages to pull through. I love spending time at the beach and camping. Rock-climbing has become something I want to do for the rest of my life. I absolutely love cooking, and Taiwanese cuisine is one of my favorites. As long as I'm surrounded by the ones I love, then I'm happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised in the church my whole life, yet I don't let that be the reason for why I live this gospel. Countless personal experiences in my life have shown me the wonderful blessings that come from living the gospel and following Jesus Christ. I know for myself that this is the true church of Jesus Christ. I love my Savior and I show that love through my obedience to His will. I couldn't imagine myself in any other place, living in any other way.

How I live my faith

I try to be the best example possible to my friends, since most of them are non-members. At times it can be challenging, especially in Southern California. However, attending as many church activities as possible helps me stay on the straight and narrow path. As a freshman in college, I was called to support and uplift around 50 girls through various church activities and lessons. Each Sunday I feel that lessons are handcrafted to meet my needs and give me instruction for the personal challenges I may face that week.
